Information we collect
- When you contact us on WhatsApp or email: your name, phone number, email address, domain name and the content of your messages.
- When you become a customer: billing details needed to issue receipts, your payment reference (we never see JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank credentials), and the technical details of your hosting account.
- When you visit this website: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts.
How we use it
- To set up, operate, secure and support your hosting account.
- To answer your questions and send service notices such as renewal reminders and maintenance alerts.
- To comply with legal obligations in Pakistan.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with providers necessary to deliver the service (for example, the data center operating our servers) and where the law requires.
Your data on our servers
Content you upload to your hosting account (website files, databases, email) belongs to you. We access it only to provide support you request, to resolve abuse or security incidents, or when legally required.
Retention
Customer records are kept for the life of the account and for as long afterwards as tax and legal rules require. Hosting account data is deleted after an account is closed, following a short grace period.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@prowebhosting.pk. We respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
