30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new hosting plan, tell us within 30 days of account activation and we will refund the hosting fee in full. No reason is required, though feedback helps us improve.

How to request a refund

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+92 333 5565051) or email support@prowebhosting.pk from the contact used to order.
2. Tell us the domain and that you want to cancel under the money-back guarantee.
3. We confirm, close the account, and return the amount by the same method you paid (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer) within a reasonable time, usually a few working days.

What is not covered

• Renewals and plan upgrades.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
• Requests made after the 30-day window.
• Domain names, which we do not sell, and any third-party services you purchased elsewhere.

Before cancelling, download a backup of your website and email from DirectAdmin. Once the account is closed the data is deleted after a short grace period.
