Is migration really free?

Yes. Migration of your website, database and email accounts is included with every plan at no charge.

Will my site go offline during migration?

No. Your site keeps running on the old host while we copy it. You test the copy on a temporary URL, and only then is DNS pointed to us. Visitors never see a gap.

What do you need from me?

Either your current hosting control panel login (cPanel, DirectAdmin or other) or a full backup file. For WordPress, the wp-admin login helps us verify the site after moving.

Can you migrate from cPanel to DirectAdmin?

Yes. Files, databases and email move across without changes to WordPress or other apps. cPanel to DirectAdmin migrations are the most common ones we do.

How long does it take?

Most single sites are copied and ready for testing within one working day of receiving access. Larger sites or several sites take longer; we tell you the timeline up front.

Does email move too?

Yes. We recreate the mailboxes on the new account and copy existing mail where the old host allows it. You then update the mail server settings on your devices.
