Terms of Service

These terms apply to all hosting services provided by ProWebHosting ("ProWebHosting", "we"). By ordering a plan you agree to them.

1. Service

We provide shared web hosting on DirectAdmin with the storage, bandwidth, CPU share, entry-process and database limits published for each plan. Limits described as "unlimited" are subject to fair use so that no single account degrades the server for others.

2. Ordering and payment

Plans are billed yearly in Pakistani Rupees and paid by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer. Accounts are activated after payment is confirmed. Renewal is due on the anniversary of activation; we send reminders in advance. Accounts unpaid after the renewal date may be suspended and, after a further grace period, deleted.

3. Uptime commitment

We aim for at least 99% network and server uptime per month, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance and events outside our control. If we fall short in a given month, contact us and we will credit hosting time in proportion to the shortfall.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything illegal in Pakistan or in the country where the server is located, including phishing, malware, spam, copyright infringement, or content that is defamatory or incites violence. Resource-heavy uses that harm other customers (for example, crypto mining, file mirrors, or bulk email) are not permitted on shared hosting. We may suspend accounts that breach this section, with notice where practical.

5. Your content and backups

You own the content in your account and are responsible for it, including keeping your own backups. DirectAdmin lets you create and download full account backups at any time; we strongly recommend doing so regularly.

6. Support

Support is provided on WhatsApp and email, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT). Emergency support for service outages is available 24/7/365. Support covers the hosting platform; help with your website code or third-party software is at our discretion.

7. Refunds

New accounts are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time by messaging us; the account stays active until the end of the paid term. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the hosting fees you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, which is why independent backups matter.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
